Role & Company Overview
Our client is a well-established Design & Build specialist delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across London and the South of England. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of CAT A and CAT B workplace projects valued up to £5m+. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative business with a strong pipeline of work and clear opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
- Generate, develop and manage detailed project programmes, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
- Deliver multiple Design & Build commercial fit-out projects valued up to £5m+.
- Manage project budgets, procurement and commercial performance.
- Coordinate design, commercial and site teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Monitor programme, quality, health & safety and project risk throughout delivery.
- Chair project meetings and provide regular progress reports to clients and senior management.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Design & Build or commercial fit-out sector.
- Strong track record delivering CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects valued up to £5m+.
- Experience creating, managing and driving detailed project programmes.
- Excellent understanding of Design & Build project delivery from tender through to handover.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and procurement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, organised and solutions-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
