2-Year Fixed Term Contract | Circa £49,000–£56,000
(Hybrid – 2 days per week on site)
We are currently recruiting for two experienced Project Managers to support a large-scale system implementation within a complex, regulated environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile transformation initiative, playing a key role in delivering a major technology project that will have a significant impact across the organisation.
The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering key workstreams within a major systems implementation project. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party suppliers, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of technology and systems implementation projects
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate project activities across internal teams and external suppliers
- Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Support stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed objectives, budgets, and timescales
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and governance activities

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering technology or business change projects
- Experience supporting system implementation, transformation, or digital change initiatives
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ability to work effectively in complex environments with multiple stakeholders

Desirable Experience
- Experience within the healthcare sector
- Exposure to enterprise systems, ERP, CRM, or operational system implementations
- Project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent
