Based in Maldon, Essex, the team works closely with developers and contractors from early planning through to handover to ensure power, safety, and compliance are in place from day one. JR Revell Group is trusted by a wide range of clients to deliver electrical infrastructure that is safe, efficient, and delivered on programme. Services span pre-construction electrical consultancy, temporary site services, full electrical and lighting installations, renewable energy solutions, fire and security systems, data and Wi-Fi, and full-scope M&E installation and maintenance. The company’s mission is to set the gold standard in electrical-led delivery through clear communication, fast and agile execution, and a culture of care, responsibility, and respect on every site.

Role Description

The successful candidate will be expected to work proactively, adapt to changing site needs, and uphold JR Revell Group’s commitment to reliability and professional conduct.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
