Project Managers (Real Estate & Construction) – London
Owing to continued demand and my client’s ambitious growth plans, they are seeking Project Managers at various levels with proven experience across:

- Experience with JCT contracts
- Contract administration experience
- RICS chartered certification (or currently in the APC process)
Essential Requirements
- Ability to work full RTW in the UK (no sponsorship required)
- Degree in construction or related discipline
- Fluent written & spoken English
- Proven industry experience
- High motivation with a passion for high-quality project delivery

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate, detailed project estimates and cost plans in a timely manner.
- Lead and manage the estimating process at project level.
- Produce independent estimates without supervision.
- Support and promote best estimating practices internally.
- Aid in achieving departmental targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and share expert guidance aligned with business goals.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Professional qualification in Estimating or Quantity Surveying, with relevant experience.
- Proven track record in estimating/QS services for large-scale projects.
- Experience with estimating software tools.
- Membership (or progression) toward chartered status via a recognised professional body.
