Project Manager – Plymouth
£60,000 pa
40 hours per week
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Plymouth. You’ll be responsible for managing projects from planning through to completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate projects, supervising production staff and subcontractors
- Plan and monitor project programmes, costs, labour, materials, and equipment
- Track budgets and report progress and risks to senior management
- Procure materials and plant to ensure uninterrupted delivery
- Liaise with customers to manage expectations and project requirements
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures
- Prepare and manage SHE and quality documentation, including final quality packs
- Visit sites to survey works and support quotations when required

About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marine or civil engineering
- Proven project management experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good working knowledge of MS Project and MS Excel
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
