Project Delivery Manager
Client: BAE Systems
Duration: 7 months – Maternity Cover, candidate to start early/mid October
Working Hours: 37hrs Standard Working Week – Hybrid working, minimum 3 days on site, but expect 4 days
Location: Warton, Preston based
Salary: £45.65 PAYE or £61.57 Umbrella
Security Clearance: BPSS & SC – UK Eyes Only
🚀 Join BAE Systems and play a key role in delivering critical software capability for the Dreadnought Programme.
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead Agile delivery teams within the Functional Software organisation, supporting the development of the Active Vehicle Control system. You'll be responsible for project planning, delivery management, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and leading Scrum Masters to ensure successful programme outcomes.

What we're looking for:
- ✅ 5+ years' Project Management experience
- ✅ Strong stakeholder management skills
- ✅ Experience working in Agile environments
- ✅ Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage delivery risks
- ✅ APM, PSM or CSM qualifications desirable
- ✅ Ideally SC Cleared and worked within Aerospace/Defence
