Project Manager

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of digital and cloud-based solutions within complex, multi-stakeholder environments. This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring outcomes are achieved in line with agreed timelines, budgets, and governance frameworks. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with delivery leads, product owners, and key stakeholders across multiple organisations Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, overseeing day-to-day management of activities to ensure successful outcomes Act as the primary point of contact for coordinating project resources and delivery teams Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and issues, and implementing effective mitigation strategies Provide clear and consistent communication and reporting to stakeholders, including regular updates on timelines, budgets, and deliverables Ensure adherence to established project governance frameworks and delivery methodologies Participate in cross-functional working groups and forums to support alignment, collaboration, and successful delivery outcomes Proven experience delivering cloud-based applications or digital solutions within complex, multi-stakeholder environments Strong ability to operate effectively across both technical and organisational complexity Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly, logically, and consistently Experience applying both Waterfall (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, PMP) and Agile delivery methodologies Ability to adapt and tailor delivery approaches to optimise project outcomes Strong understanding of risk and issue management, including development of mitigation and contingency plans High-level knowledge of cloud platforms, including architecture, environments, deployment models, integration, data governance, and cyber security At Sword, our core values and culture are based on caring about our people, investing in training and career development, and building inclusive teams where we are all encouraged to contribute to achieve success.
