This is an opportunity to join a thriving boutique consultancy of around 40 professionals, recognised for delivering high-quality Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying and Project Management services across London's commercial property market.

You will work alongside experienced Directors and senior professionals on landmark projects while taking ownership of your own commissions, giving you the perfect balance of support, responsibility and career development.

The opportunity:

Working within the Project Management team, you'll play a key role in delivering a diverse range of refurbishment and development projects from inception through to completion.

Project sectors include:

  • Commercial offices (CAT A, CAT A+, CAT B and cut & carve refurbishments)
  • Hotels
  • Industrial
  • Residential

You will support senior colleagues on larger, more complex schemes while independently managing your own portfolio of projects, taking responsibility for programme, cost, quality and stakeholder management.

About you:

  • Experience as a project manager, working within a construction/ property consultancy or client-side environment.
  • A degree in Project Management, Building Surveying or a related construction discipline.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The confidence to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to develop your consultancy career.
