Project Manager
Contract Length: 6-month contract
Daily Rate: £500/day
Role Details: Hybrid working (2 days per week onsite)
Start Date: Immediate/short-notice availability preferred
Differentis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our Higher Education client. The role is focused primarily on stakeholder management, delivery oversight, with experience of business readiness and change activities required to support successful implementation. Experience within Higher Education is desirable, and ERP implementation experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery from initiation through to closure, ensuring milestones and objectives are achieved.
- Manage project plans, governance, risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting.
- Coordinate stakeholders across business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
- Support business readiness and change implementation activities to enable successful adoption of project outcomes.
- Provide regular progress updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders and programme leadership.

Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex business or transformation projects as a Project Manager.
- Strong project governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting business readiness, implementation, or organisational change activities.
- Experience working within large, complex organisations; Higher Education experience is desirable.
- ERP implementation experience would be advantageous.
