Project Manager – Construction Consultancy (Commercial, Residential & Healthcare Projects)

Are you a construction professional looking to take ownership of diverse, high-value projects across the South West? Our client is a leading construction consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering complex commercial, residential, and healthcare developments — and they’re seeking a Project Manager to join their expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in advising clients, managing design and delivery teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects from feasibility to completion. You’ll work on an exciting portfolio — from new-build commercial spaces to technically challenging healthcare environments — all within a consultancy that values professional growth, collaboration, and quality.

Your Role:

  • Lead the full project lifecycle from inception through to handover within a consultancy environment
  • Provide strategic project and construction advice to clients, ensuring their objectives are met
  • Manage procurement, cost, programme, and quality aspects across multiple projects
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary design and construction teams, maintaining strong communication and control
  • Proactively manage risks and change, ensuring projects stay aligned with client expectations
  • Support senior leaders and contribute to business development and client relationships

About You:

  • Experience in construction project management within a consultancy or client-side setting
  • Strong understanding of the built environment, ideally across commercial, residential, or healthcare sectors
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders, budgets, and programmes effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first approach
  • Professional qualification (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) or working towards one (desirable)
