Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to help coordinate and deliver important cross-functional business projects across MinsterFB. In this role, you will work closely with directors, project leads and all of the team to turn priorities into clear plans, maintain momentum across key initiatives, and ensure important projects are delivered successfully.

You will take ownership of activities such as our B Corp renewal, 90-day planning process, GDPR compliance requirements, and other strategic projects that support the continued growth and development of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, coordinating and delivering cross-functional business projects
  • Managing the rhythm and follow-through of our 90-day planning process
  • Coordinating B Corp renewal activities, evidence gathering and progress tracking
  • Supporting GDPR compliance processes, documentation and internal follow-up
  • Creating project plans, timelines, actions and accountability frameworks
  • Keeping directors and stakeholders informed of progress, risks and key decisions
  • Chairing project meetings and ensuring agreed actions are completed
  • Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and ways of working
  • Supporting wider business needs as required

Desired Skills

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive and action-oriented, with a strong focus on delivery
  • Clear and direct in communication
  • Able to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across different teams
  • Comfortable working independently and managing their own workload
  • Strong at tracking actions, deadlines, risks and dependencies
  • Confident using PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Strong in both written and verbal communication
  • Calm under pressure and focused on achieving outcomes

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous project management experience within a business environment
  • Ideally educated to degree level, although equivalent professional experience will be considered
  • Experience working across teams to deliver business improvement, governance or strategic projects would be advantageous

Location & Working Arrangements

This is an office-based role in our Southwell location for a minimum of two days per week. Hybrid working is supported through Zoom and Microsoft Teams, but face-to-face interaction is an important part of our culture.

For the first four weeks, you will be required in the office every day to meet the team and familiarise yourself with the business.

You may work from anywhere in the world for up to four consecutive weeks per year.

Salary & Benefits

  • £30,000-£40,000 per annum (depending on experience and relevant qualifications)
  • 33 days annual holiday (including public holidays)
  • 3pm finish every Friday
  • Three-month unpaid sabbatical available after three years of continuous service
  • Working hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 9am-3pm
