A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us as a Project Manager, where you will take the lead in executing high-voltage transmission projects, focusing on protection, control, and HMI systems. You will ensure that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the highest quality standards. As the primary point of contact for all project-related matters, you will manage timelines, financial performance, and resource allocation while proactively addressing risks and opportunities. Collaborating closely with internal technical experts and overseeing subcontractor interfaces will be key to your success, as you contribute to project documentation and provide clear progress reports to senior management.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- You will manage the end-to-end execution of high-voltage transmission projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- You will implement risk, opportunity, and claim management strategies throughout the project lifecycle to mitigate issues and leverage advantages.
- You will create and maintain standardized project management documents, ensuring consistency and compliance across all projects.
- You will coordinate with internal technical experts to align on project objectives and specifications, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- You will support the proposal management team during the bidding phase, contributing to the overall success of project offerings.

What You Bring
- You have a strong background in electrical engineering principles, particularly in control and protection systems and high-voltage energy transmission.
- You possess core project management competencies, including risk and opportunity management, budgeting, and financial control.
- You are skilled in project scheduling and subcontractor management, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
- You have excellent communication skills, enabling effective stakeholder communication and technical coordination.
- You are adept at creating management reports that provide clear insights into project status and progress.
