Project Manager (Contract)
Ellon, Aberdeenshire | 3–6 Month Initial Contract | Potential for Extension or Permanent Opportunity
Our client, a leading manufacturing business, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a range of projects focused on equipment installations, process improvements, safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Working closely with production, engineering, quality, and HSE teams, you will take ownership of projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage equipment installation and upgrade projects.
- Deliver process improvement and productivity initiatives.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Oversee commissioning, testing, training, and project handover.
Requirements:
- Degree, HNC, or HND in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven project management experience within manufacturing, engineering, or production environments.
- Experience delivering equipment installation or upgrade projects.
- Strong knowledge of HSE requirements, contractor management, and permit-to-work systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
