About the Role

We are seeking Project Managers within our Capital Delivery department. Based at our Tamworth office and reporting to the Lead Project Manager, you will manage multiple capital engineering and construction schemes, ensuring we meet key project KPIs within our Capital and Commercial Services business area.


What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • Ideally, a relevant degree qualification or industry experience in project and programme delivery
  • The ability to innovatively manage multiple capital engineering and construction projects
  • A track record of cost planning, budgetary responsibility, and financial oversight (NEC project experience is desirable)
  • A dynamic and collaborative leadership style, with strong communication and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to build working relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • A mindset driven by continuous improvement, with the capacity to anticipate and resolve challenges quickly
  • A full UK driving licence (mandatory for this role)
