BMS Project Manager - Data Centre Projects

Are you an experienced BMS Project Manager looking to work on some of Europe's most technically challenging data centre projects? I'm working exclusively with one of Europe's leading building automation specialists who are continuing to expand their dedicated Critical Infrastructure & Data Centre division. This is an opportunity to take ownership of large-scale Building Management System (BMS) projects across the UK and Europe, delivering automation solutions within hyperscale, colocation and mission-critical facilities.

UK and EU Projects

  • Salary between £70,000 - £100,000
  • Yearly Bonus
  • Company Car/Allowance
  • Daily Travel Allowance
  • Healthcare
  • Pension
  • Flexible Rotation Options

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of multiple BMS projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget and to the highest technical standards. Working alongside highly experienced engineering teams, you'll oversee project planning, commercial management, procurement, design coordination, commissioning support and client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. This is a home-based position with European travel as projects require, offering flexibility alongside exposure to some of the industry's largest critical infrastructure developments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
