Our award-winning project management team in Manchester is going from strength to strength and we want to recruit a new Project Manager (Senior or Associate level) to help with our growth. This is a vital role designed to expand the team and support with the delivery of a variety of exciting, innovative projects and help nurture our existing client base.
Working directly with our Senior Management team, you will be encouraged, supported, and trusted to get involved with business development in various forms to help maximise our service offering. We have successfully developed an extensive portfolio of lucrative projects, including city centre high-rise façade remediation works, new build retail and industrial units, Cat A & Cat B office fitouts, high-end residential amenity space fitouts and complex lab fitouts to name but a few.

Main Responsibilities
- End-to-end project management of large-scale commercial projects including reports, tenders/bids and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Act as the face of Hollis and contribute to the growth of our project management team across various sectors (industrial, office, residential, hospitality etc.)
- Integrate and work closely with existing Senior Associates and Director leads to facilitate exceptional product delivery
- Support the continued growth and development of a strong, dynamic team within the Manchester office on a social and professional level
Key Requirements
- Experience with Project Management instructions across a variety of commercial sectors ideally office, industrial and residential included
- Cladding remediation experience desirable but not essential
- Experienced with running both new-build, refurbishment and fit-out projects
- Based in, or a knowledge of, the local North-West market advantageous
- Either MRICS, MCIOB, APM status or desire to work towards in the future
- Dynamic, forward-thinking, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to take ownership of your work
- Able to take the lead on Project Management instructions, client-facing and capable of hitting the ground running
- Full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle for travel
