Senior Project Manager (Go-to-Market)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a global go-to-market team focused on launching and enhancing products within the Financial Crime Compliance domain.
This role will lead the delivery of strategic go-to-market initiatives for a suite of compliance, screening and data solutions, working across Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Legal and Compliance teams to bring new products, features and services to market. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating complex cross-functional activities, driving stakeholder alignment and ensuring successful market launches within a highly regulated environment.
This is a highly collaborative role involving significant stakeholder engagement and internal coordination across multiple business functions. You will be responsible for navigating complexity, managing competing priorities and ensuring all teams are aligned to deliver successful go-to-market outcomes.
We are specifically prioritizing candidates with demonstrable go-to-market experience within FinTech, Financial Crime, Compliance or RegTech environments. Candidates whose experience has primarily focused on technology delivery, change or transformation programmes without substantial GTM exposure are unlikely to be a strong fit for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of go-to-market initiatives for Financial Crime Compliance products and services.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance and Operations to ensure launch readiness.
- Manage product launch activities from initiation through to market delivery and post-launch optimization.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across a complex global organization, balancing competing priorities and requirements.
- Support the launch of screening, watchlist management and API-based compliance solutions.
- Ensure commercial, operational and technical requirements are understood and delivered to support successful market adoption.
- Manage project governance, dependencies, risks, issues and executive-level reporting.
- Act as a trusted partner to Senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving progress across multiple teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
