Role Description

This is a full-time remote Project Manager role responsible for overseeing projects from initiation through completion. The Project Manager will:

  • Plan project scope, timelines, and resources
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Manage communications with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget

  • Preparing status reports and updates for leadership and clients

The role also involves collaborating with logistics, expediting, and inspection professionals to align project activities and ensure quality standards and operational requirements are met. The Project Manager will continuously improve processes, promote best practices, and support successful outcomes across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing project execution.
  • Must be comfortable using various AI tooling systems.
  • Experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and project milestones.
  • Knowledge of Inspection processes to verify compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, supply chains, and operational workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage remote teams, communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Solid analytical, organisational, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and time management.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello or similar) is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in staffing, consulting, technology, or logistics environments is an advantage.
