Project Manager Permanent, Full Time | Hybrid | £45,000 - £50,000

Our client is an established, award-winning digital agency with over two decades of experience delivering enterprise-level websites and web platforms for ambitious SMEs and global groups.

They're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the business as the sole PM, taking ownership of delivery across their website builds. This is a standalone role, reporting into the COO, and will suit someone who is comfortable managing projects end to end without a wider PM team around them.

The Role

You'll manage the delivery of multiple concurrent projects, working closely with developers, designers, and the client services team to keep everything on track, on budget, and to a high standard. You'll be the main point of contact for clients on project status and timelines, and you'll play a part in shaping how project management works across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
