RWE Project Manager – Pharmaceutical Industry (Contract, 12 Months)

Salary: £27.59 - £36.78 per hour (PAYE, inside IR35)

About the Role

Talentmark are recruiting for a contract RWE Project Manager to join a leading global pharmaceutical company. You will project manage RWE (Real-World Evidence) initiatives across the full lifecycle, overseeing third-party vendors, budgets, and stakeholder collaboration.

Ideal for professionals with expertise in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare environments, particularly those with hands-on experience in HEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes Research) or RWE project execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project managing RWE projects across the entire lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives
  • Vendor management, including onboarding, contracting, invoicing, and performance oversight
  • Supporting RFP development, proposal review, and procurement processes
  • Establishing and maintaining accurate budget tracking and financial controls
  • Strong stakeholder engagement across functions (clinical, operations, finance, etc.)

Essential Requirements

  • Proven project management experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or clinical research
  • RWE/HEOR project authority (preferably with full-cycle experience)
  • Experience managing third-party vendors/contractors
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, RFP development, and proposal review
  • Robust stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
