Role Overview
The Project Manager role is a key position responsible for managing, planning, development, and implementation of customer KPIs & SLAs.
- The role will require careful planning and management to deliver customer programmes, development, and initiative projects along with their BAU day to day activities.
- Responsible for project completion to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Ability to designate resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the entire project.
- The role will require UK & EU travel.

Key Skills & Experience
- Experience of at least 3 years in a Project Manager role within a fast-paced and highly competitive environment.
- Strong communicator with the ability to operate tactically in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of working across Retail, Brands, Convenience, and Services sectors.
- Experience working with ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics - NAV).
- Knowledge and experience of breakdowns from store plans equipment call off in line with the issue of quotations.
- Site management knowledge including understanding of installation of equipment as and when required to ensure the clients expectations are met.
- Commercial understanding to raise quotations (budget, first, final, and variation accounts).
- Ability to highlight any projects which could potentially be at risk, either through timelines or major changes to the scheme.
