Delivery Manager / Project Manager
Location: London Hybrid – 2 days
Job Type: Contract
Experience: 5 to 7 years
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager / Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology and business transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end project delivery, engaging with stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with experience in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.

- Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to senior leadership.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives where applicable.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and project governance.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Technical Project Manager.
- Proven experience delivering IT, Digital, Software Development, or Business Transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
