About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and delivery-focused Project Manager to lead the execution of cross-functional product initiatives across our portfolio of interactive competitive social games, Android-powered in-venue systems, web applications, and customer-facing websites.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the products defined and owned by our Product Owners are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards. You will coordinate technical, creative, operational, and commercial stakeholders to drive predictable, high-quality delivery.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-focused new product design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Work closely with the CTO, development team, and creative department to align technical feasibility, creative vision, and business goals.
  • Facilitate collaboration between developers and creatives to ensure smooth hand-offs, clear requirements, and cohesive execution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using appropriate project management tools.
  • Coordinate design, prototyping, testing, and launch activities, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed and engaged.
  • Identify risks and issues early, and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
  • Manage project budgets and provide regular progress, cost, and timeline reports to leadership.
  • Champion best practices and continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and recommending process enhancements.
  • Support the adoption of agile or hybrid project management practices to enhance speed, flexibility, and transparency across technical and creative functions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
