Project Manager – Boutique Consultancy
London (West End)
We are working with a well-established, independent project management consultancy based in London’s West End, known for delivering high-quality commercial and mixed-use projects for leading clients across the capital.
With a strong pipeline of secured work and long-standing relationships with major property companies and investors, the business is now looking to grow its team and appoint a Project Manager to support ongoing delivery.
The Role
This is a hands-on Project Manager position within a lean, high-performing team where everyone is actively involved in delivery. You will be given early responsibility and exposure across multiple projects, working closely with senior leadership and clients.

You will be involved across the full project lifecycle, from early-stage design through to delivery and handover.
Project Exposure
- Commercial office refurbishment and redevelopment
- Cut & carve projects
- CAT A & CAT B fit-out
- Monitoring roles
- Project values ranging from £5m to £70m+
About You
- 3–5 years’ experience in project management (consultancy or client-side)
- Strong understanding of project delivery across all RIBA stages
- Experience within commercial office or mixed-use projects preferred
- Highly motivated, proactive and keen to take ownership
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- MRICS (or working towards) preferred but not essential
