Project Manager – Laboratory (Contract/Full-Time)

About You
Key Requirements
- Education: Higher education qualification in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry or related fields), with laboratory experience
- Experience:
- Proven expertise in laboratory/project coordination
- Project management experience with multitasking abilities
- Strong track record in analytical chemistry environments (e.g., HPLC / LCMS)
- Prioritisation of inhaled drugs/biologics projects is desirable
- Technical Proficiency:
- cGMP compliance and pharmacopeia knowledge
- Microsoft Office (advanced organisational tools)
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive mindset
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Relationship-building skills with all levels of stakeholders
- Adaptable, those seeking growth and learning opportunities

About the Opportunity
As the Project Manager for a global quality assurance company, you will:
Role Overview
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across the scientific process, ensuring timeliness, quality, and client satisfaction
- Serve as primary client liaison, guiding projects from quotation phase through to final delivery
Responsibilities
- Project Organisation & Admin:
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned projects, handling documentation, protocol writing, and client communication
- Define project scope and deliverables while ensuring alignment with clinical and scientific objectives

- Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., turnaround times, on-time delivery)
- Proactively identify, manage risks, and resolve issues
