Geoquip Marine is a specialist offshore geotechnical engineering company supporting the offshore energy, renewables, and infrastructure sectors worldwide. Qualifications
A background in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology, or a related discipline, together with strong project management skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on technically challenging international projects within a collaborative and supportive team.
What You’ll Do
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements. Working closely with clients, vessel teams, and internal departments, you will coordinate every stage of the project lifecycle, from commercial handover through to final close-out.

While the role is primarily office-based, occasional travel may be required for client meetings and project mobilisation or demobilisation activities.
The Job
- Ensure QHSE policies and procedures are implemented throughout each project;
- Manage projects from commercial handover through to successful completion;
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance;
- Capture, monitor, and report project KPIs to key stakeholders;
- Manage all aspects of geotechnical contracts, including client relationships, planning, scheduling, commercial performance, and project execution;
- Coordinate subcontractors, including soil testing laboratories and freelance personnel;
- Review and approve project documentation, ensuring contractual deliverables are completed on time;
- Maintain a high standard of service for both internal and external stakeholders;
- Undertake other duties appropriate to the role and level of responsibility.
Who We're Looking For
- A recognised qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline;
- Significant experience managing engineering or offshore projects;
- Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and safety.
