This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who thrives on driving performance "better-than-planned." - Performance & Financial Control: Utilize trend, variance, and earned value analysis (tracking SPI/CPI metrics) to proactively manage project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Risk Mitigation: Actively identify and resolve critical path dependencies, project risks, team conflicts, and resource constraints, deploying contingency plans as needed.
- Agile Governance: Implement Boeing Programme Management Best Practices (PMBP) to run a robust reporting rhythm, delivering via SAFe Agile methodologies and ServiceNow SPM tools.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

- Proven experience as a Project Manager successfully delivering complex projects through the entire lifecycle.
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and delegation skills with a track record of driving high-performing teams.
- Mastery of project controls, including earned value management, critical path tracking, and metric analysis.
- Hands-on experience delivering projects via SAFe Agile methodology.
- Proficiency with enterprise reporting software, specifically ServiceNow SPM (or equivalent).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
