Project Manager - Consultancy
London - Hybrid
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 basic
About the Role
Join a Leading Independent Project Management Consultancy that has built an outstanding reputation over the past 20 years delivering high-quality projects across London's commercial property market. Working predominantly with landlords, investors and asset managers, the business enjoys a significant amount of repeat work and has developed long-standing relationships with many of the capital's leading property owners.
Their core expertise lies in commercial office refurbishment, repositioning and cut & carve developments, while they also deliver projects across the hotel, retail and infrastructure sectors.

The Opportunity
This is a genuine client-facing role where candidates will be exposed to clients, pitches and business development much earlier than they would be in a larger consultancy.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial refurbishment, repositioning and cut & carve projects from inception through to completion.
- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage programmes, budgets, risks and project reporting.
- Support procurement and contract administration activities.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years' consultancy-side Project Management experience
- Relevant construction/property degree
- Experience delivering commercial projects
- Understanding of project delivery across RIBA stages
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- APC progression or recently chartered
- Contract Administration exposure
