Project Manager: New Build School: Essex
A Project Manager is required to oversee a circa GBP25m new build school project in Essex. The scheme is just about to commence on site and will be due for completion in January 2028.
Candidates ideally will come from a civil engineering, trades, or construction management background and have managed on projects of a similar calibre to this.
The successful Project Manager will be highly motivated and be able to work in a busy, pressurised environment and have proven experience working to tight deadlines. This is a temp to perm role for a minimum of 12 months or until the completion of the project.

- Managing of all site labour and sub-contractors
- Management of the programme and minimising/eliminating potential programme delays
