LCC is a growing design & build contractor based in west London. We deliver high-quality commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, residential developments and new-build projects across Greater London, working with developers, private investors, hospitality brands and commercial clients.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager and assistant project manager to lead projects from pre-construction through to handover. The role will involve a mix of commercial fit-out, refurbishment and new-build/residential development projects, including our current Chiswick development.

The successful candidate must be commercially aware, highly organised, confident managing subcontractors and clients, and able to take full ownership of programme, quality, health and safety, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction and fit-out projects from pre-construction to completion
  • Manage programme, cost, quality, procurement and subcontractor performance
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, suppliers and site teams
  • Coordinate architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, Building Control and other project stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations, health and safety legislation, RAMS, site inspections and project records
  • Support and coordinate Principal Designer and Principal Contractor duties where required
  • Prepare and maintain project programmes, procurement schedules, cost reports, risk registers and progress reports
  • Chair site meetings, progress meetings, subcontractor meetings and project close-out meetings
  • Manage variations, change control, valuations, commercial performance and final accounts support
  • Ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget and to a high-quality, snag-free standard
  • Manage multiple live projects and respond effectively to changing site requirements

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
