Expleo Project Manager Role
Expleo is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead day-to-day project delivery, coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery against agreed timescales, budgets and governance requirements. The role is responsible for driving delivery discipline, maintaining oversight of risks, dependencies and milestones, managing project finances, and ensuring effective governance and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Create, own and maintain detailed delivery plans.
- Ensure alignment across all workstreams and dependencies.
- Coordinate delivery activities across internal teams, external suppliers and senior stakeholders.
- Drive progress against key milestones.
- Establish and maintain effective governance arrangements.
- Prepare programme board papers, reporting packs, decision logs and escalation materials.
- Support delivery governance processes and decision-making forums.
- Monitor risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and actions.
- Ensure timely escalation and resolution.
- Maintain delivery visibility across all workstreams.
- Track project progress, deliverables, budgets and resource requirements.
- Provide accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Support effective financial oversight and control.
- Facilitate project board meetings, working groups and stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure clear outcomes, accountability and follow-through.
- Build effective working relationships across stakeholders.
- Produce concise and effective reporting for senior leadership.
- Provide accurate status updates and delivery insights.
- Support informed decision-making through regular reporting.
- Ensure delivery remains aligned with agreed project outcomes.
- Work closely with programme leadership and workstream leads to drive pace, coordination and successful delivery.

Qualifications
A relevant project management qualification is required. Suitable credentials include PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, APM PMQ or MAPM. In addition, Agile or Scrum certification is desirable, such as PSM, CSM or SAFe Agilist.
Essential Skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, resource plans, forecasting, financial reporting and variance analysis.
- Strong expertise in:

- Issue management
- Dependency management
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to coach colleagues in project frameworks and delivery practices.
Experience
- Experience driving delivery across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience preparing senior governance materials, including programme board papers and management reporting.
- Proven project management experience delivering complex, multi-workstream projects or programmes.
- Experience delivering regulatory change programmes.
- Experience supporting policy, governance or business change initiatives.
