Project Manager – Community Health Partnerships (CHP)
At Community Health Partnerships (CHP), we’re dedicated to improving health outcomes by creating the spaces where care happens. As a wholly owned company of the Department of Health and Social Care, we manage over 300 high-quality community health buildings across England. We work in partnership with the NHS and local systems to deliver innovative, sustainable infrastructure solutions that support integrated care, reduce health inequalities, and enable better services closer to home. Our mission is simple: enable better care through better spaces.
About the Role
Join Community Health Partnerships (CHP) and play a key role in shaping the future of the NHS estate. This is a unique opportunity to influence the development of healthcare infrastructure at a national level—working with internal regional teams and system partners to develop a pipeline of impactful projects. Your role will involve transforming ideas into investable schemes, driving improvement in outcomes for local communities.

Key Responsibilities
Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders in an environment characterised by uncertainty, ambiguity, and imperfect information. Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- Strong soft skills to navigate challenges within changeable conditions
- A clear understanding of the minimum technical requirements to deliver each project phase
- Ability to identify and provide critical inputs for the next stage
