We're currently hiring an experienced Project Manager to join a large international marketing programme supporting consumer-focused initiatives across the EMEA region.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys working in fast-paced, international environments. You'll be responsible for driving the successful delivery of marketing projects across more than 25 markets throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Working within a small, highly collaborative team, you'll independently manage multiple workstreams, coordinate stakeholders across different countries and functions, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. This role suits someone who is proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of regional marketing projects across EMEA.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while balancing changing priorities.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and reporting.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, creative partners, agencies, and regional stakeholders.
- Coordinate campaign briefs, creative assets, feedback cycles, approvals, and launch timelines.
- Identify risks, remove blockers, and proactively keep projects moving forward.
- Facilitate clear communication between regional and local teams.
- Support the execution of consumer marketing initiatives and operational improvements.
- Drive collaboration across multiple stakeholders while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 5+ years of project management experience within marketing, technology, retail, e-commerce, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
- Experience working independently and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
The following experience would be an advantage:
- Retail, shopping, marketplace, or e-commerce marketing.
- Creator, influencer, or digital content marketing.
- Experience supporting international or regional marketing teams across multiple countries.
- Additional European languages such as French, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Turkish, or Arabic.
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes initiative without needing constant direction, and thrives in an environment where ownership is valued. You'll be comfortable working with ambiguity, collaborating across cultures, and keeping multiple projects moving at the same time.
