Role: Project Manager (Business Change)
Sector: Banking
Area: Business Operations Transformation (not IT/Tech)
Role type: Permanent
Salary: up to £80,000
Location: London / Hybrid
Ref: 26051

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please read before applying!

This is strictly a business change role, not an IT or technology-focused position, so our client is looking for someone who has business change experience within banking.

If you are from an IT / Technical background then this role will not be suitable.

(Previous banking experience within Retail Banking or Private Banking is essential for this role.)

About the Role:

We’re exclusively partnering with a well-established international bank to recruit an experienced business-focused Project Manager to join its Business Transformation team.

This is a business-facing opportunity within the bank's operations function, focused on delivering strategic business change, operational improvement, and transformation initiatives. This is not an IT Business Analyst or Technology Project Manager role.

The successful candidate will partner with senior business stakeholders to analyse existing operating models, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead business-led transformation projects from initiation through to successful delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
