Purpose of The Role
We are looking for an ambitious Project Manager who wants exposure to interesting and challenging projects, personal responsibility on small projects, shared responsibility on larger projects, and a clear route for progression as part of an ambitious team within a growing consultancy.
This role is ideal for someone who is currently a Project Manager, or a strong and driven Assistant Project Manager who is ready to step up. Someone who is looking for an environment where they'll be trusted to take ownership of projects and relationships while being supported by experienced mentors.
Our team work across a diverse portfolio of projects, including:
- Grade I & II listed buildings refurbishment works
- High-rise residential cladding remediation and building safety improvement programmes in occupied buildings
- Film Studios and Production Facilities
- Office/Commercial Fitout
- Student Accommodation
- Mixed-use redevelopments
No two projects are the same, giving you the opportunity to build a diverse portfolio of experience far more quickly than in a traditional sector-focused environment.
The Role
You will be trusted to lead smaller projects with senior support, typically ranging from £100k–£1m, while also assisting senior colleagues on larger commissions valued between £1m–£20m+.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
