Shape the future of UK nuclear infrastructure by leading complex civil engineering projects that make a lasting national impact.

If you're an experienced Project Manager looking for your next challenge, this is an opportunity to work on some of the UK's most significant nuclear engineering programmes. You'll manage technically complex projects in a highly regulated environment, supported by experienced professionals who are committed to your development, wellbeing and long-term career progression. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful delivery of civil engineering projects from inception through to completion.
  • Develop and execute project delivery strategies aligned to client objectives.
  • Manage programme, cost, risk and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with nuclear, health & safety and environmental standards.
  • Oversee project controls, reporting and commercial performance.
  • Prepare business cases, funding approvals and project documentation.
  • Support procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree qualified in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • APMP or equivalent Project Management qualification.
  • Experience delivering complex engineering or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control and risk management.
  • Understanding of Safety Cases, CDM and regulatory compliance.
  • Commercially aware with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication, organisation and leadership abilities.
  • Experience using project planning and reporting tools.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Nuclear, power generation or other highly regulated industry experience is advantageous.
