Job Description
We are looking for Project Managers to join our dynamic, innovative, and client-focused team. You will work on some of the most exciting projects globally, including:
- Large hotel conversions
- Premium residential developments
- High-profile mixed-use schemes
You will collaborate with leading property developers who invest in capital assets across London.
This role is ideal for Project Managers with the skills and experience to deliver some of London’s most interesting and complex schemes. Your responsibilities include:

- Conducting research, establishing processes and systems
- Developing project plans and managing teams
- Monitoring project progress, documenting changes, and tracking performance indicators
- Producing communication materials and formal reports
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and designers
- Attending meetings and drafting minutes/records
Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will:
- Conduct background research, data collection, and benchmarking
- Establish effective processes and project systems
- Develop and manage project plans
- Monitor and document project progress, changes, and key performance indicators
- Report on progress through written communications and formal reports
- Maintain strong client, contractor, and designer relationships
- Attend meetings and capture accurate minutes
- Ensure adherence to SOX control responsibilities (if applicable)
Key Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
✔ Proven technical experience as a Project Manager in a leading consultancy setting ✔ Experience managing large multi-site residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects ✔ Experience delivering projects exceeding £20m ✔ Preferably professionally qualified in one of the following fields:
- Construction
- Project Management
- Engineering
- Surveying
- Architecture
