Your new role
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover. Working closely with site teams, commercial departments, clients and supply chain partners, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing construction & fit out projects and programme delivery
- Leading project teams and coordinating subcontractors
- Monitoring budgets, costs and project performance
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
- Identifying and mitigating project risks
- Driving quality standards and continuous improvement
- Producing regular progress reports for senior stakeholders
What You'll Need To Succeed
To be considered for this Project Manager job, you will ideally have:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
- A track record of delivering commercial, residential, healthcare, education or public sector projects
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent commercial awareness and programme management abilities
- Experience managing project budgets and contractual obligations
- Sound knowledge of construction processes, methodologies and health & safety legislation
- Degree or HNC/HND qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- SMSTS, CSR/CSCS or equivalent industry certifications
- Full UK driving licence
