Candidate Profile
- 3+ years’ experience delivering small to medium-sized property projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement and proven project coordination skills
- Preferred qualifications:
- MRICS
- MCIOB
- APM (Not essential, but beneficial)
- Degree in Construction, Surveying, or a related discipline

Salary & Benefits
Basic: £32,000 – £45,000
- 5% employer pension contribution
