Project Manager (Construction)
Location: Bicester
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + Progression + Training + Car Allowance + Local Patch + Fuel Card + Site Visits
Are you a Project Manager from a construction background looking to join a nationwide chartered surveying practice offering a local Oxfordshire patch, and real progression to become a Commercial Manager?
This established and growing building surveying and construction company with expertise in building consultancy and fire risk management supplying to a vast range of Commercial clients. This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager looking to join an expanding nationwide company at their new branch.
This is a client-facing role involving regular site visits and meetings. You will manage a team of around 10 Engineers on a project, being the point of contact for the client and teams involved in project delivery. Your responsibilities will be managing budgets, developing project programs and coordinating activities, labor, and resources.

This role would suit a Project Manager from a construction background looking to join a building surveying specialist who are open to funding any necessary courses to help you develop and progress.
The Role:
- Managing projects from start to completion.
- Monitor budgets and consult with every team involved through the project lifecycle.
- Site visits in Oxfordshire.
- Mon-Fri (8:30-4:30).
