Veran Performance is one of the UK's largest and most trusted back-office transformation consultancies. Whether the challenge is technology, process, or people change, we help our clients achieve visible, measurable outcomes. We're growing, and we're looking for exceptional project delivery professionals to grow with us.

The Role

We're seeking high-calibre Project Delivery Consultants across all levels of seniority to lead and support complex transformation programmes for our clients. You'll bring structure, rigour and momentum to engagements, either owning end-to-end delivery or driving critical workstreams within larger programmes. This is a client-facing role with direct exposure to senior stakeholders, meaningful variety across sectors and programme types, and real scope to shape how we work.

What You'll Do

  • Lead or support end-to-end project and programme delivery, from mobilisation through to benefits realisation.
  • Build and manage detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
  • Establish strong governance frameworks, including RAID logs, status reporting and steering committee materials.
  • Own stakeholder communications and manage inter-workstream dependencies with clarity and confidence.
  • Maintain delivery against agreed scope, quality, time and cost - escalating and resolving issues proactively.
  • Oversee project financials and commercial tracking where required.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams or workstreams, creating clarity and accountability.
  • Engage and influence senior client stakeholders, building trusted relationships.
  • Contribute to bid activity, proposals and the continuous improvement of our delivery methodologies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
