Global Project Manager - Global FMCG Business
12-Month Contract Mainly Remote | Some UK Travel
We're partnering with a global FMCG organisation to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile global packaging transformation project.
This is a business-focused project role, not an IT PM position. You'll work across multiple regions, functions, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of packaging-related initiatives that drive commercial and operational impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of a global packaging project from planning through to implementation
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple geographies
- Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, and governance activities
- Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and roadblocks
- Track progress against key deliverables and provide regular leadership updates
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve intended business outcomes
- Manage external suppliers and internal business stakeholders where required

About You
- Proven Project Manager with experience delivering packaging, product change, product innovation, or supply chain projects within FMCG
- Strong track record managing complex, global, cross-functional programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Able to drive delivery without direct authority
- Strong planning, governance, and risk management capabilities
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Experienced using project management tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, or similar
