Project Manager - Digital & Operational Transformation
Midlands Based | £500-£700 per day | Pay Status TBC 6 Month Initial Contract | Expected August Start | Hybrid Working
About Our Client
Our client is a leading consultancy that has partnered with a major utility organisation to deliver a significant digital and operational transformation programme. With mobilisation expected around August, they are looking to engage experienced Project Managers to support delivery across a range of operational and digital workstreams.
The programme is expected to focus on improving customer operations, business processes, technology enablement and operational efficiency across a complex utility environment.

Job Description
- Deliver end-to-end transformation projects across operational and digital workstreams
- Manage project plans, governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate business, technical and third-party delivery teams
- Support implementation of new processes, systems and operating models
- Manage project risks, issues and dependencies
- Ensure delivery against agreed milestones and programme objectives
- Facilitate workshops and cross-functional engagement activities
- Support transition into business-as-usual operations
- Produce project reporting and steering committee updates
- Work closely with Programme Managers and senior stakeholders

- Proven project management experience within transformation environments
- Experience delivering digital, operational or business change projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working within utilities, infrastructure or regulated sectors desirable
- Strong planning, governance and delivery capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid environments
- Consultancy experience beneficial
