Project Manager Contractor/Temp

We’re searching for a dynamic Project Manager to join our Service Transition Team on a fixed-term contract until April 2027. If you’re passionate about driving impactful technical change and creating unforgettable customer experiences, this is your next big move. In this role, you’ll orchestrate the seamless deployment of new customer services across our UK data centre network, partnering with talented technical specialists and acting as the trusted voice for our customers throughout their deployment journey. As a key player in the delivery engine of Iomart, you will: Champion the successful build and deployment of customer solutions across our cloud and infrastructure platforms. Lead customer communication with confidence, clarity and enthusiasm — keeping them informed, reassured and excited about progress. Bring structure and momentum to projects using modern SaaS project management software. Facilitate project workshops, ensuring alignment, governance and smooth execution. Identify risks early, resolve issues quickly, and keep projects moving with pace and precision. Support seamless onboarding into our technical environments and ensure a complete, high‑quality handover to support teams. We want to hear from you if you: Have experience managing technical projects within cloud, MSP or IT change environments. Thrive in customer‑facing roles and know how to turn complex updates into simple, engaging communication. Are highly organised with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope. Have strong exposure to technical platforms and environments — enough to speak confidently with engineers and guide customers. Use SaaS project management tools to drive visibility, clarity and momentum. Ideally hold project management certifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner (or similar). Are adaptable, collaborative, and energised by working in a fast‑moving environment. What's in it for me?
