The company
Our client is a creative events production agency with a warehouse brimming with high spec kit and full scenic department who deliver some amazing live events across some well known London, UK and international venues. From large scale conferences, awards & gala dinners, fashion shows and parties they have a varied portfolio and work with prestigious venues across the city. Due to rapid expansion and a brilliant reputation they are now growing their project delivery team with a client facing Project Manager.

The role
As the Project Manager you will work on a range of incoming proposals, working with the production team to create the live event response. You will take mid sized events yourself and support on larger working with their creative, technical, scenic and production teams on the delivery and will oversee the events from a client services view as the project lynch pin. Where venue partnerships are present you will build ongoing relations to ensure repeat business as an account manager.
About you
We are looking for production house experience ideally with a strong background in London venues and nurturing relationships with venue partners. With experience in 360 delivery of projects and live events you will be an excellent communicator, enjoy being client facing and understand the importance of building rapport with your clients. Experience in awards, gala dinners, creative conferences and high end parties or weddings will lend itself well to this role as will the ability to talk confidently about live event production and bringing the brief alive for the client.
