Project Manager – Data & Business Change
Location: Renfrew, Hybrid (2–3 days per week in office)
Salary: Circa £70,000 + benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a business undergoing significant transformation. With a long-serving team member preparing to retire, we're looking for someone who can take ownership of several high-profile projects and play a key role in delivering a major change programme.
This is an excellent opportunity to join at a pivotal time, with multiple transformation initiatives underway and substantial investment being made across technology, data, and business change.
The Role
You'll initially take ownership of several data-focused projects that are already in flight, before broadening your remit across a wider portfolio of business and technology change initiatives.
A key programme of work involves delivering a new data strategy, consolidating siloed data sources into a strategic platform that will enable the organisation to better utilise and govern its information assets. You'll work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and programme leadership to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
