Project Manager, Customer Programme Management
Customer Program Management (CPM)
Global Role within Customer Implementation and Services
Customer Program Management (CPM) is a global function responsible for ensuring that customer-impacting projects, including major upgrades, migrations, and displacements, are delivered effectively. The role focuses on consistency, efficiency, and a strong customer experience.
The Role
The successful candidate will collaborate with delivery teams and internal partners to drive client engagement and facilitate cross-functional collaboration across:
- Customer Implementation
- Sales & Account Management
- Product Teams
This role is for an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for:
- Leading independent medium-scale projects, from initiation through to closure, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and within agreed scope.
- Managing defined governance models and standards, while partnering with project sponsors and stakeholders—including clients—to define objectives, milestones, and success criteria.
- Identifying, assessing, managing, and escalating project risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities.
- Providing regular, structured status reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and decisions required.
- Representing the project in various governance forums.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing end-to-end delivery of projects involving upgrades, migrations, and customer displacements.
- Collaborating with internal partners and stakeholders to align on project directions, risks, and timelines.
- Ensuring adherence to governance processes and methodologies while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Conducting stakeholder management to engage clients and key decision-makers.
- Escalating issues to appropriate levels while maintaining transparent communication.

Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience

Project Management Methodologies: Proven experience in delivering or supporting projects using defined methodologies, including hands-on use of:
- Project plans
- RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Governance packs
- Status reports

Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Clear understanding of their objectives and expectations.

Product Knowledge:
- A working understanding of the LSEG product suite.

Escalation Management:
- Structured and timely handling of risks, issues, and incidents.

Attention to Detail & Quality:
- Strong focus on accuracy and high standards in project documentation and reporting.

Desirable Skills
- Experience in presenting project updates, risks, and progress to internal teams and/or customers.
- Familiarity with internal systems (e.g., Siebel, Salesforce, CPQ) and the ability to extract and interpret data for reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
