The Role:
We are looking for a delivery-focused Project Manager to become the operational right hand of the CDAO. This is a pure project management role — you will act as the primary facilitator across a Data Engineering, AI/ML, BI, and Investment Pricing teams, translating high-level organisational ambition into structured, deliverable plans.
This is not a coordination role. You will own delivery, challenge timelines, surface blockers early, and drive accountability. You will also act as the central point of contact for senior leadership and third-party technical vendors, translating complex technical progress into clear commercial updates.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience delivering digital transformation, analytics, or technology-enabled change projects end-to-end.
- Proven experience operating within a regulated sector — financial services, fintech, or similar.
- Formally trained or certified in project methodologies (e.g. Agile PM Foundation, CSM, PSM, or Prince2).
- Strong academic background; a degree in a business, data, or technology-related discipline is desirable.
- Technical acumen — sufficient familiarity with the data stack (SQL, Power BI, Databricks, AI/ML workflows) to manage technical teams effectively and ask the right questions.
- Outstanding communication skills — engaging and credible with both technical engineers and senior commercial stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management tooling, particularly Azure DevOps; familiarity with Jira, Asana, or similar is a plus.
- Proactive and self-directed — comfortable managing ambiguity and creating structure where it doesn't yet exist.
- Strong attention to detail and a low tolerance for avoidable slippage.
