Are you an ambitious Project Manager looking to accelerate your career within the Defence and Aerospace sectors? Based in Bristol, you'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of challenging client projects, supporting the successful delivery of critical programmes while developing your own career through structured training, mentoring and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will:
- Lead and support the delivery of complex Defence and Aerospace projects and programmes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and resource forecasts.
- Monitor project performance, ensuring delivery against scope, cost, quality and schedule.
- Identify, assess and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and facilitate collaboration across stakeholders.
- Produce governance reports, dashboards and performance metrics for senior leadership.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, providing expert project management support and advice.
- Drive continuous improvement and promote project management best practice across client organisations.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience delivering projects within Defence, Aerospace, Engineering, Manufacturing or other highly regulated industries.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, governance, risk and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in complex project environments.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for delivering successful outcomes.
- Eligibility to obtain or hold UK Security Clearance (subject to client requirements).
