Are you an ambitious Project Manager looking to develop your career within the UK Defence sector? Based in Bristol, you'll work alongside industry-leading clients, helping to deliver critical defence capabilities while benefiting from structured career development, continuous learning, and a supportive consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the delivery of complex defence projects and programmes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
- Monitor project performance and report progress to key stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive governance activities, including project reviews and reporting.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide trusted project management expertise.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and the adoption of project management best practices.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience delivering projects within the Defence, Aerospace, Engineering, Manufacturing, or highly regulated sectors.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, risk, cost, and change management.
- An understanding of project management methodologies and governance.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced client environment.
- Eligibility to obtain or hold UK Security Clearance (subject to client requirements).
